Current posts from Fark, without all the sidebars and ads. This has some CGI parameters you can pass in:
| refresh | Number of seconds to wait before automatically refreshing the page. Useful for just leaving your browser open and automatically update every so often. |
| threshold | Only look at threads/topics that have more than this number of posts. Sometimes, only the flamewars are funny. |
| sorted | Sort the threads by the number of comments in each, from largest to smallest. |
| format | By default HTML is output, but you can also specify "rss" as the format, and point your RSS aggregator at this script. |
| tag_in_title | If you are using 'rss' as your format, then this will cause the Fark tag (the 'obvious', 'dumbass', etc) to be inserted into the RSS <title>. By default, the RSS <title> just has the text of the Fark headline, because the RSS <description> includes the tag image, in addition to comment count and original source link. |

As part of my World of Warcraft addiction, I wrote a mod that keeps your character in the LFG channel:
The goal of this addon is to keep your characters in the LFG channel. It does this by remembering what you enter in Blizzard's LFG tool, and automatically setting these entries when you log in, and after you leave a group. Your LFG comment will also be remembered for you.
If you've ever been annoyed by having to constantly re-join the LookingForGroup channel after a group immediately falls apart or every time you log in, this addon is for you.
USAGE
Type "/slfg join" to use your first available zone as your LFG info. Any time you set one of the 3 LFG slots, it will be remembered between your groups and logins. If you want to stay out of the LFG channel, just do a "/slfg hide".
